Initial review should identify the underlying commercial transaction, parties and roles, proposed payment or security mechanism, participating banks and the intended sequence of contractual and documentary steps. Indicative instrument language remains subject to bank review.
Banking responsibilities
Issuance, advice, confirmation, acceptance and settlement are matters for the applicable banks and authorised institutions. Arqom does not act as an issuing bank, custodian, escrow operator or guarantor, and does not assure bank acceptance or transaction completion.
