Who we are
Arqom Global is an independent Cyprus-based transaction advisory and trade-facilitation company serving selected international engagements.
We work between identified principals, buyers, sellers, investors, professional advisers and financial institutions. Our role is to bring structure to complex situations: establish authority, organise information, coordinate the relevant parties and support an agreed process toward a properly documented decision.
Arqom does not replace licensed banks, legal advisers, compliance professionals, custodians or other regulated service providers. Where specialist or regulated work is required, it must be performed by the appropriately authorised institution or adviser.

Management & accountability
Selected engagements are directed at senior management level rather than passed through an anonymous origination chain.
Mandate assessment, strategic coordination, counterparty interface and controlled escalation are overseen at senior management level. Responsibility, authority and permitted actions are defined through the applicable corporate approvals and written engagement.
Role, authority and scope remain subject to the definitive mandate and transaction-specific professional advice.
Selected capabilities
Arqom accepts no automatic engagement. Each opportunity is considered on its facts, required authority, counterparties, documentation, banking route, jurisdiction and regulatory perimeter.

International operating context
Arqom coordinates international engagements involving parties, assets, banking routes and professional advisers across multiple regions. The relevant jurisdictions and decision-makers are established for each mandate.
Regional references describe transaction coverage and professional networks. They do not imply an Arqom office, regulated presence or licence in every listed market.
